It is not different from UPA government. It is blind to bankers who are performers in the nation. It is also plundering the bankers and continues to make them slaves as was done by the UPA. They are also dancing as per the tunes played by the IAS Lobby. Ministers perform the same puppet show operated by Secretaries and act as clowns. Bank employees are government employees as banks have the status of “state” in terms of the Constitution. The work they do is for translating all financial policies of the Government. Ownership of banks by government also makes them employees of Government. Government is managing the Provident Fund of employees who joined banks after 31.03.2010. As per RTI online portal also state run banks are arms of the government. While 68 lakhs drones in the government are profusely paid salary as per Pay Commission Recommendations for idling in the offices, 12 lakhs bankers who toil from dawn to dust are paid paltry sums as dictated by the Indian Banks’ Association, a pseudo organization and a nefarious body with not even a registration. While government employees are given bonanza money and given out of tax money, bankers are denied reasonable pay out of the profits they themselves make in banks which involves no cost to government. Banks have Pension Regulations. Regulations state that pension is exactly on the premise of Central Civil Pension. But pension in banks is never revised ever since commissioning the scheme in 1995. Pension in banks is with zero costs to the banks or to the government as it is payable out of Pension Funds which is the deferred wages, money and property of employees. Yet the pension is never revised when the annual income in the Pension Fund can pay three to four times the present pension to all pensioners of all state run banks. PENSION REGULATIONS ARE FLOUTED FLAGRANTLY. SUPREME COURT DECISIONS ARE DISREGARDED. (CIVIL APPEAL 5525 of 2012 and CIVIL APPEAL 1123 of 2015) HAPLESS BANK RETIREES ARE DRIVEN TO COURTS IN THE DECEMBER OF THEIR LIVES. Ministers are befooled by the bureaucrats who neglect the bankers who are the people who bring progress to the economy. They make wrong statements in the Houses of the Parliament. Bankers had a better pay than government pay in the seventies of last century commensurate with high job risks, extended working hours, transfers etc. which the bureaucrats cut down in 1979 and now are paid less than two thirds of the government employees. Bureaucrats are operating a slave dynasty in the kingdom of banking.
