During his entire service period he is still loved by his all juniors nd seniors due to his soft spoken nd cool minded nature.Mr Sharma joined AIBRWA as a challenging mission to serve the bank retirees who r deprived of their long pending due rights .

R.S.SHARMA 'NAGESH',founder nd at present Honey.Gen.Secretary of AIBRWA {ALL INDIA BANK RETIREES WELFARE ASSOCIATION (Regd.) was retd. as Asstt.Manager from the services of Union Bank of India in June 1998 . In the age of 75+ he bears a sound physique nd good health because Mr Sharma since his retirement has involved himself in various sicio reform activities. Mr SHARMA is a free lancer journist nd also publishing a weekly newspaper as an editor,publisher since 2000 and also devote time in uplifting the society as a president of a NGO. At present his main motto is to awaken the all Banks retirees thru AIBRWA nd fight for pensioners rights.

M.M.L.Gupta , one amongst the founders members nd Hony. Treasurer of AIBRWA is a post graduate in academic qualifications. He is a Union Bank of India retirees nd always involves himself in raising the different issues of ex - employees with management. He is attached with art of living and Yogananda society. He is a naturopath, an astrologer and metaphysical wealth manager.

Kamal Kishore Kansal ,founder nd as well as one amongst Governing Body member is a Delhi University Science Post Graduate. He is a life member of indian Institute of Banking nd Finance. Mr kansal, an activist & a writer is an ex bank retiree of Punjab National Bank. Mr kansal is a great admiror & deeply dedicated person to bank retirees unity.

Sh. S.S. Sharma, Post Graduate,LLB, DCLL,CAAIB qualified person and a retiree of Central Bank of India is a founder nd Governing Body member of AIBRWA. During his entire service period he remained an active trade unionist with various positions in AIBEA on state level. Mr Sharma has also filed a case of difference in gratituty payment to bank retirees with ALC,Ajmer. Beyond this he is an active socio worker in his area to uplift the weaker sections of the society

S.S.Sethi an art graduate from Punjabi University, Patiala and retiree of Bank of India is a founder and Governing Body member of AIBRWA. Mr Sethi is a man of principles, dedicated unionist who believes in working with full sincerety nd dedications to every work assigned to him After retirement he has still engaged himself for social work in his state

Mr Anil Kumar Jain,founder nd Governing Body member of AIBRWA is a retiree of Indian Bank.Mr Jain during his entire service period played an important role in union activities on state level. His simple living nd high thinking attitude has inspired him to indulge deeply in attaining the old aged bank retirees lost glory through AIBRWA movement.

Mr Ashok Kapoor,founder as well as a Governing Body member of AIBRWA is a retiree of Allahabad Bank. Mr kapoor bears a soft but bold speaking personality nd believes in extending every possible voluntary service to the needful.Mr Kapoor has joined AIBRWA as a great mission to help the bank retirees community on collective basis .
